Using Growth Garden
You must be an adult to create a family account or place an order. Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate contact, child-stage and delivery information.
Developmental resources
Growth Garden activities are educational and developmental resources, not medical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Stop using any item that becomes damaged or unsuitable for your child’s developmental ability.
Orders and preorders
An enquiry, saved basket, account or preorder-interest form is not a paid order. A paid order is accepted only after successful payment and an order confirmation. A preorder is a paid reservation for a planned dispatch window, not immediate shipment. If Growth Garden cannot supply a paid item, we will contact you with an appropriate replacement, delay option, cancellation or refund.
Prices, delivery and launch dates
Each individual box has its own price, shown on its product page. Earlier draft references ranged from R1,199 to R1,749. The final Seed Box 1 launch price will be confirmed after sourcing and prototype costing. Delivery and the final total are confirmed before payment. Individual box dates are planned dispatch dates and may change if safety, sourcing, payment or fulfilment gates are not ready.
Once-off orders
You order and pay for each box separately. There is no subscription, automatic next order or paid-media inclusion. An account is optional for message orders and does not create a purchase.
Intellectual property
The Growth Garden name, logo, Milestone Tree, Sunny, Sprout, written content, activities, artwork and media are protected brand assets and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Changes and availability
We may improve the website, resources or these terms. The first launch does not include paid digital media.
Returns, refunds and safety
Orders are subject to our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy and Product Safety policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website availability and liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. To the extent permitted by law, Growth Garden is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of activities, ignored safety instructions, unavailable third-party services or information supplied incorrectly by a customer.
South African law
These terms are intended to operate under the laws of South Africa. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply.
